The following documentation is what you'll need to provide:
Last two years Federal Tax Returns
Last two years W2's
Most recent 4 weeks worth of pay stubs
Most recent 2 months worth of bank statements
State issued photo ID
Greencard is applicable
Copy of Social Security Card

There may be additional documentation required depending on your personal scenario but, this list is a great start.
